Engineered Safety Solutions
for Your Production
Our Mission:
Preventing industrial dust collector fires and explosions: Protecting Production - Saving Lives.
Specializing in helping protect industrial manufacturing processes, pneumatic and mechanical conveying, and dust collection systems from fires and explosions, in many diverse industries, primarily in the Southeastern United States, for over 30 years!
If you have combustible dust, we can help!
Providing solutions to special hazards associated with combustible dust in dust collection and manufacturing:
TOTAL CONCEPT SAFETY SYSTEM DESIGN: Protecting your plant dust collection systems from combustible dust fires and explosions. Includes four phases of prevention and protection system design listed below, to provide layers of protection required by industry standards, and prudent design.
We work and consult in four individual and distinct process safety disciplines:
1) Fire Prevention
2) Fire Protection
3) Explosion Prevention
4) Explosion Protection
This allows for comprehensive layering of protection based on the risks involved.
BASIC PREVENTION: Spark Detection & Extinguishing Systems allow you to easily detect and extinguish sparks without affecting production. Providing early detection and warning of possible disruptions and upset conditions, including alarms and shutdown of problem causing equipment.
Explosion prevention Systems allow Detection, Isolation, and Suppression of combustible dusts before they cause damage to production equipment, your product or personnel.
PROTECTION SYSTEMS: Deluge, Sprinkler, Inerting, Venting, Isolation and Suppression systems allow extinguishing and mitigation of combustible materials and deflagrations, to help protect your substantial plant investment, and valued employees.
Comprehensive Safety Systems Overview:
Fire Prevention
Mitigation by Early Detection. Reducing Fire and Deflagration Risks by Preventative Protection Measures. Preventative systems include CO2, Heat, Smoke, Flame, and Spark Detection & Extinguishing Systems.
Fire Protection
Defensive Fire Protection measures may include: heat, flame and smoke detection, as well as sprinkler, deluge, and suppression systems, as well as interlocking of sequential machinery shutdown and alarms.
